About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team at OneGlobe LLC. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in translating business rules into decision table models, documenting processes, and communicating with internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business rules into decision table models
  • Document "AS IS" and "TO BE" processes
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Conduct walkthroughs with internal and external teams
  • Elicit requirements from Product Owners
  • Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
  • Assist with prioritization and resolution of defects/bugs
  • Participate proactively in developing and maintaining team standards, tools, and best practices
Requirements
  • BS degree with 8+ years of experience
  • Experience using various requirements analysis techniques
  • Experience authoring business and functional requirements as user stories
  • Experience leading and participating in project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other activities as needed
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Experience performing backlog maintenance
  • Experience with business process modeling
  • Experience with business rules development
