About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Interior Define Studio team in La Brea as a Design Expert. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with clients to provide exceptional design services and exceed sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet sales and productivity quotas monthly
  • Manage the complete selling process from customer first touch to purchase execution
  • Work with clients to create beautiful designs on both the Havenly and Interior Define platforms
  • Utilize interior design expertise to assist clients in one-on-one consultations
  • Be an expert on our product offerings and design services
  • Field inquiries and sell to clients over the phone, email, and through virtual appointments
  • Proactively communicate with clients and respond to their inquiries
  • Help cultivate our brand in La Brea and build a community around our new market
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, furniture, or interior design
  • Keen eye for design and ability to work with clients to create beautiful spaces
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and floor planning software
  • Mac Operating System, IOS devices, and Google Apps proficiency
