Facilities Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at Salud Family Health Centers. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our buildings and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, facilities, and equipment, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks.
  • Identify and address potential safety hazards and take corrective action to prevent accidents.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of office equipment and furniture, and move and assist in moving furniture and equipment as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all maintenance and repair tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and repair of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Colorado driver's license required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical wiring.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
