Job Title: Mission Pastor

At Wellspring Church, we are seeking a Mission Pastor to lead our congregation in living out our mission to renew the city and lead to a movement of new churches. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for community outreach, spiritual formation, and global engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead local outreach initiatives, including Compassion Ministry programming, liaison to CrossPurpose, and community partnerships.
  • Equip and pastor the congregation to live out their calling as missionaries for Christ in our culture and in all dimensions of life.
  • Support global outreach by overseeing the Global Connectors team, caring for our missionaries, and developing our vision for overseas involvement.
Requirements:
