Compensation and Benefits for the Lead Management Supervisor:
Competitive Salary: $5000-$7000 per month
Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): We emphasize work-life balance, offering industry-leading PTO.
New full-time employees accrue 4 hours per pay period, totaling approximately 96 hours in the first year, with increases over time.
Comprehensive Benefits Package: Dick Hannah Acura provides extensive health benefits starting the first month after 60 days of employment.

Paid Holidays: Dick Hannah Acura offers at least 2 paid holidays per year to the Lead Management Supervisor, subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.
Responsibilities of the Lead Management Supervisor:
- Train sales personnel in utilizing VinSolutions CRM for managing customer relationships and lead processes.
- Assign leads to appropriate sales representatives and conduct regular audits to ensure proper follow-up and lead conversion.
- Prepare and present performance reports to sales staff, analyzing metrics to drive improvements.
- Communicate with vendors such as Autotrader, Edmunds, Carfax, etc., ensuring optimal service and value.
- Audit OEM websites for accuracy, marketing effectiveness, and pricing strategies, coordinating with staff to ensure compliance and optimization.
- Monitor Adsource platforms to ensure effective advertising strategies and execution.
- Manage the use of Roadster for online sales and customer interactions.
- Monitor customer satisfaction indices, online reviews, and reputation on various platforms, implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and address negative feedback.
- Facilitate effective communication across teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Manage SharePoint for document storage, sharing, and collaboration among staff.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, providing training and coaching to ensure they are well-prepared.
- Audit co-op advertising programs to maximize marketing budgets and effectiveness.
- Serve as the primary CRM expert in the dealership, understanding all features and functionality, as well as best practices.
- Manage the dealership website by updating staff photos, auditing link navigation, and ensuring layout/images alignment is correct and verified on both mobile and desktop.
Qualifications for the Lead Management Supervisor:
- Physical ability to use computer hardware/software.
- Computer literate (MS Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook).
- Organized and extremely detail-oriented.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong research skills.
- Proven experience in CRM management, performance evaluation, and vendor management.
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry and dealership operations.
- Proficiency with Vinsolutions, Adsource, Roadster, Purple Cloud, Zoom, and SharePoint.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive performance improvements.
