Shift Supervisor: Multi-Location Deli Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Shift Supervisor to join our team at Elephants Delicatessen. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing multiple store locations, ensuring seamless operations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple store locations, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality customer service
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
- Assist with closing stores, balancing cash drawers, and reconciling sales
- Prepare and cook food, maintain a clean and safe environment, and stock products
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and employee engagement
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and employee engagement
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
