We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Associate Personal Banker to join our team. As a key member of our National Branch Network, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in proactive outreach to build relationships with customers and propose suitable products and services to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Assist customers with basic requests related to account openings, service requests, and credit applications.
- Receive direction from managers and exercise judgment within defined policies and procedures.
- Develop a deep understanding of our bank's products and services to effectively connect with customers' needs.
- Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build trust.
- Provide customers with suitable options for our products and services.
- Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as necessary.
- 6+ months of customer-facing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
- Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email.
- Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
- Ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate.
- Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs.
- Experience fostering and developing strong customer relationships.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners.
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss.
- Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members.
