The Mount Vernon Club of Baltimore is a private social club that provides an elegant atmosphere for events and dining. Our historic mansion is located in the heart of the city's cultural district, offering a unique setting for members to enjoy.
We are committed to providing exceptional dining experiences to our members, with a focus on local ingredients, creative menus, and exceptional service. As a result, we are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience

About the Role: The successful candidate will have a strong background in menu planning, inventory management, and team leadership. They will be responsible for leading the kitchen team in preparing and serving meals to our members, developing and implementing menus, maintaining high standards of food quality and service, and managing inventory and supplies.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role, degree in Culinary Arts or related field, proven leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
