**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an International Banking Specialist to join our team at First Citizens Bank. **Responsibilities:**

* Process and verify transactions, including USD and foreign currency payments, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
* Provide service to customers through email and phone, resolving issues and answering inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Utilize multiple internal applications and websites to complete daily assignments and ensure seamless service experience.
* Maintain knowledge of currency exchange rates and ensure competitive rates for Bank currency exchange.
* Reconcile cash items in vault or system, addressing imbalances through timely processing of fees, payments, or returns.

**Qualifications:**

* High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of experience in International Banking or Operations.
* Preferred qualifications include wires experience, ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, basic Excel knowledge, and ability to work within multiple systems at one time.

* Competitive hourly rate, ranging from $16.58 to $23.83 per hour in North Carolina and $19.64 to $28.58 per hour in California.
