Primary Objective:
Maintain cleanliness and order in facility areas under the guidance of the Environmental Services Supervisor, ensuring a welcoming environment for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the facility remains clean, pleasant, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Adhere to a structured cleaning schedule encompassing daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal, and annual tasks.
  • Conduct various cleaning duties in resident rooms, offices, communal areas, and living spaces.
  • Coordinate cleaning services for resident areas in collaboration with nursing staff as necessary.
  • Dispose of waste according to established protocols.
  • Promptly address spills and maintain cleanliness in soiled areas.
  • Follow designated cleaning schedules and execute special cleaning tasks as required.
  • Keep a well-stocked and organized cleaning cart at all times.
  • Assist in relocating residents and their belongings between rooms.
  • Perform thorough cleaning of rooms upon resident discharge or passing.
  • Report any damages or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
  • Prepare cleaning supplies for subsequent shifts.
  • Maintain work areas free from hazards.
  • Participate in required educational programs.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures diligently.
  • Uphold confidentiality regarding residents and facility operations.
  • Safeguard the well-being and personal property of residents.
  • Complete tasks as directed by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
