Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize employee events such as retirement celebrations, recognition dinners, and other internal and external gatherings.
  • Complete all necessary documentation for employee separations and deactivate records accordingly.
  • File documents into appropriate employee records; conduct paper and system audits as required.
  • Assist in maintaining effective communication channels for all personnel.
  • Support the Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Manager in their absence, as well as divisional HR team members as needed.
  • Assist with internal audits within the systems.
  • Compile and prepare reports and documents related to personnel activities.
  • This job description is not exhaustive, and the employee may also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by their immediate supervisor and other management as necessary. Staffing of positions will be determined by company needs.
Qualifications:
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet team expectations.
  • Understanding and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow all safety regulations relevant to the role.
  • Basic computer proficiency is required.
  • Competence in reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Familiarity with computers and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
Experience in a related field is beneficial, but we encourage all candidates to apply, as on-the-job training will be provided.
