Solar Field Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee a large-scale solar construction project in Jasper County, Indiana. This role is critical for ensuring the successful execution of the project, managing all on-site activities, and leading the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of solar construction projects from planning through execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate a team of engineers, contractors, and field personnel to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Field Management: Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring that all work is conducted safely and in compliance with industry standards.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating activities between various teams and stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress and quality, ensuring that all deliverables meet specifications and standards.
  • Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise during the project, providing solutions and maintaining project momentum.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and facilitating effective communication.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in large-scale solar construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of solar technology and construction processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
