Capital Improvement Project Lead Job Summary:

As a Capital Improvement Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing multiple capital improvement projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

About the Role:
  • This position requires a strong background in project management, architecture, and construction, with experience in leading complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • You will work closely with design consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  2. Develop and implement project management plans, including risk management strategies and communication plans.
  3. Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations.
  4. Conduct regular project status updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
  5. Analyze project data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Three (3) years of project management experience, preferably in the public sector.

Salary: $**110,000 - $140,000 per year**.
