About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to drive growth and expansion at our San Antonio location. The successful candidate will oversee the execution of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adequate resource allocation.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate efforts and meet project objectives. Key responsibilities include determining project scope and deliverables, predicting resource requirements, creating and managing project budgets, coordinating contracts and subcontracts, managing project schedules and activities, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
