Key Responsibilities:- Kit Preparation: Gather and organize materials, components, and parts into kits according to work orders, assembly instructions, or production schedules.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of materials and components used for kitting. Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Verify the accuracy and completeness of kits before distribution to production areas. Inspect items for damage or defects and report any issues to supervisors.
- Documentation: Document kit contents, quantities, and any special instructions using inventory management software or manual records. Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Workflow Support: Support production or assembly teams by delivering kits to designated workstations or departments in a timely manner. Assist in expediting urgent orders or rush requests as required.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling materials and operating warehouse equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, kitting, or inventory management is beneficial.
- Skills: Organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, teamwork, and physical stamina.
Adecco USA offers a competitive hourly rate of $19-$22 per hour. Our benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
