Job Summary

Vitality Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN/Charge Nurse to join our team at Vitality Living Hendersonville. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments to residents, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Collect and transport specimens for laboratory studies, maintaining accurate records and communication with physicians.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and residents, ensuring seamless care coordination.
  • Develop and revise service plans, incorporating resident needs and preferences.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Wellness Director, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid LPN/LVN license.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Meet state or provincial health-related requirements and maintain current professional certifications.
