LPN/Charge Nurse Opportunity at Vitality Living

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN/Charge Nurse to join our team at Vitality Living Hendersonville. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments to residents, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Collect, store, and transport specimens for laboratory studies, maintaining accurate records and protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of resident charts, including physician orders, laboratory reports, and other relevant data.
  • Collaborate with the Wellness Director to develop and revise service plans, addressing resident needs and preferences.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Wellness Director, supporting the overall success of our team.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Meet state or provincial health-related requirements.
  • Maintain current professional license and CPR certification, if applicable.
  • Comply with state or provincial regulations regarding certifications and licensure.
