In this rewarding role as a Caregiver for Communication Needs, you'll work with patients who require speech therapy services due to illness or injury. As a valued member of our Interim HealthCare team in Pueblo, CO, you'll contribute to creating personalized care plans that cater to each patient's unique needs and goals.

Job Requirements:
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active SLP license in Colorado
  • Minimum 1 year of direct client care experience in the last 5 years, ideally in home healthcare
  • CPR Certification (demonstration course required)
  • Good understanding of state and federal home health regulations
  • Excellent clinical judgment, critical thinking, communication, empathy, and compassion
