Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Professional to join our team at Compunnel. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and Evaluate Patient Needs: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical history, test results, and treatment plans to identify their unique needs and develop effective care strategies.
  • Monitor and Record Vital Signs: Track and record patients' heart rate, blood pressure, and pulse oximetry measurements to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Administer Medication and Treatment: Administer medication and perform treatment interventions in consultation with healthcare specialists to ensure patients receive the best possible care.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain and update ward charts, patient files, and medical records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Specialists: Collaborate with healthcare specialists to develop and implement effective care plans and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Communicate with Patients and Families: Explain test results and procedures to patients and their families, and answer any questions they may have to ensure they are informed and empowered.
  • Provide Education and Support: Advise patients on post-hospital care, including prescribed medication, home care protocols, disease prevention, and lifestyle changes to ensure they have the knowledge and support they need to recover and thrive.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification: Must have a Master's degree in Nursing (MA RN) and be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Certifications: Must hold a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
