Industrial Sales Territory Manager

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Territory Manager to join our team at Atlas Copco Compressors LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our market share in rotary screw air compressors, centrifugal air compressors, air treatment, and nitrogen generation product lines.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect, source, and maintain quality customers in assigned areas to achieve sales goals.
- Develop and implement action plans to identify specific sales prospects, targets, and markets.
- Call on and sell products directly to customers, actively engaging in planned prospecting activities to increase the customer base.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals, establishing rapport with existing and new customers, particularly key accounts.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, introducing customers to new products and upgrades, studying customer needs, and coordinating customer service.
- 5+ years of direct sales experience or customer service experience, industrial equipment sales preferred.
- Four-year degree in engineering, business, or marketing preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven business analysis skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
