We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate in the Automotive Division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding the right used auto parts, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Listen to and interact with customers to deliver friendly, helpful, and professional customer service, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our used auto parts inventory, including knowledge of automotive systems, components, and accessories.
- Sales and Merchandising: Assist customers in finding the right products, provide recommendations, and promote sales of our used auto parts.
- Operations: Process cash and credit card transactions, receive and process car titles and other paperwork, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
- Product Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components, or a willingness to learn.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate mobile devices and enter data into our computer systems.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift 50lbs, and stretch as required by a specific task.
- Competitive Compensation: $15.00 per hour.
