Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and inspect the quality of ready-mix concrete production, including testing and sampling.
  • Perform routine quality control checks on concrete mixes, including air content, slump, and unit weight testing.
  • Conduct regular inspections of production facilities and jobsites to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on quality control findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with production staff, quality assurance teams, and other stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistency and excellence in our products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in quality control and assurance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in quality control or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.

Desired Qualifications

  • ACI Field Technician Grade 1 certification.
  • Experience with coarse and fine aggregate gradation testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
