  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address gaps in IT processes and systems
  • Recruit, build, and nurture a best-in-class technology team to support business function needs
  • Provide effective leadership, coaching, and management to ensure the delivery of IT services and solutions
  • Drive a supportive and collaborative working climate that results in a highly engaged workforce

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines
  • 15+ years of experience in Information Technology with experience related to IT operations management, application team coordination, data center infrastructure management, project management, or technology consulting
  • Experience managing systems and ITSM processes, support SOX, GxP regulations, and other audit requirements
  • New technology appreciation, distributed compute, backup & storage, database, EUC engineering, and network services
