Job Title: Military Account Manager

Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Military Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for increasing market share and retaining existing aftermarket business for assigned customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain on-site customer relationships at all levels of the customer's organization.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching different types of business to pursue, likely competition, contractual requirements, and pricing strategy.
  • Provide leadership for an aftermarket business segment and serve as the primary contact for assigned customers of moderate complexity and scope.
  • Ensure long-term profitable growth of spares, repairs, product improvements, and retrofit business of all Parker Aerospace product lines at assigned customers.
  • Develop and maintain industry contacts (suppliers, customers, competitors) in a target market to retain and capture new business.
  • Comply with federal, state, and aerospace industry regulations by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
  • Represent Parker at industry events to promote Parker products and services and share specialized knowledge with others.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Eight or more years of increasingly responsible aerospace experience including two or more years of high-level account management, customer relationship management experience, and project and customer program management.
  • Thorough knowledge of company products and services, technology, regulations, and policies related to marketing and customer support for airline, military or OEM customers.
  • Knowledge and understanding of contractual terms and financial modeling (e.g. pricing; cost analysis).
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive customer relationships and resolve issues at the appropriate division working level.

Parker Hannifin Corporation offers a competitive salary range of $113,579 - $198,823, based on a variety of factors, including candidate experience, qualifications, location, and market and business considerations.
