The Clinical Manager is responsible for the management of a nursing unit for newborns and pediatric patients with various medical conditions. This role involves supervising personnel assigned to Peds, SCN, NANN, and Lactation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Leadership Development and Mother-Baby Manager to achieve departmental goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional perinatal and pediatric standards.
- Licensed and registered to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of permanent residency.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
- National Certification required (specialty certification within one year or managerial certification in accordance with AONE/AACN).
- Bachelor's Degree required or in pursuit; Master's level preferred.
- Minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience, with 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred.
- Exempt position.
- Variable shifts depending on the needs of the department.
- Works at least two after-hours shifts – minimum 4 hours each per month.
- Works in a clinical capacity at least 8 hours per month.
- Full-time employees working at least 72 hours per pay period, part-time employees working at least 36 hours per pay period, and part-time employees working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
