Production Supervisor Opportunity

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production, packaging, and bakery operations to ensure company and USDA requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct production, packaging, and bakery operations to meet company and USDA requirements
  • Supervise, train, and develop subordinates to ensure high-quality products and efficient operations
  • Responsible for interviewing and hiring qualified employees, managing employee performance, and administering disciplinary action when necessary
  • Ensure safety, housekeeping, and policy administration are maintained
  • Collaborate with the USDA representative on site to ensure all company, state, and federal requirements for food safety are met
Requirements:
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years related work experience in food industry manufacturing or equivalent combination of education and experience, with minimum of 2 years in supervision
  • Intermediate personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office; SAP experience beneficial
  • Ability to effectively supervise line employees, communicate effectively, and provide a positive work environment
