DaVita, a clinical leader in dialysis care, is seeking a skilled Patient Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our outpatient dialysis center, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

We are committed to delivering quality care and services that meet or exceed CMS's standards. Our nurses work together to improve patient health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.

This role requires no prior dialysis experience, with training provided in a facility or training clinic. You will be expected to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing compassionate care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease
  • Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Conducting patient observations, measuring vital signs, and setting up dialysis machines

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $74,500 - $114,800 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, and PTO cash out.
