The cleanliness of a hotel is a top priority for Pyramid Global Hospitality, and our Housekeeping team plays a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a positive experience.

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Housekeeping team, you will be responsible for inspecting guest rooms and public spaces to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Inspecting guest rooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness standards are met
  • Training and onboarding new employees to the department
  • Motivating and inspiring employees to achieve desired results
  • Coordinating the day's work flow and distribution of duties
  • Ensuring employees are using cleaning chemicals safely
  • Finding coverage for callouts or when house counts increase

You will work closely with our Front Desk Supervisor and staff to coordinate activities and ensure seamless operations.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for holding department employees accountable for maintaining the highest quality standards. You will also assist with performing inventory of linen and supplies, and assist in completion of performance evaluations.
