## Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring excellent treatment outcomes and patient satisfaction
* Lead and manage a team of orthodontic professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
* Develop and implement treatment plans, staying up-to-date with the latest orthodontic techniques and technologies
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and excellent customer service
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our services

## Qualifications

* Minimum of 3-5 years of prior orthodontic experience, preferably in a leadership role
* Full-time opportunity (4 days per week)
* DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program
* Certificate of completion of residency from an accredited postgraduate Orthodontic program
* Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the state of Florida
