Role Description

  • Leads manufacturing automation projects from inception to completion.
  • Creates equipment specifications for capital projects and reviews them for accuracy.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion.
  • Provides technical guidance and support for automation engineering solutions.
  • Conducts project progress meetings and maintains detailed project documentation.
  • Identifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing or automation settings.
  • Proven expertise in writing equipment specifications and managing capital projects.
  • Strong understanding of automation technologies and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education/Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
