Job Overview

Position Title: Order Picker

Location: Neenah, WI

Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Work Schedule: 1st and 2nd shifts available

Compensation: Starting pay includes a shift premium

Job Responsibilities

The Order Picker is responsible for assembling orders accurately and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Interpreting and processing orders correctly.
  2. Identifying and verifying finished products.
  3. Documenting and reporting returns to management.
  4. Coordinating with supply personnel to ensure materials are available.
  5. Operating forklifts and order pickers safely.
  6. Ensuring packing lists are matched to the correct destinations.
  7. Utilizing poly wrappers for packaging.
  8. Loading trucks while adhering to weight and distribution guidelines.
  9. Familiarity with warehouse layout is essential.
  10. Using RF systems and computers to check stock levels.
  11. Preparing UPS shipments for dispatch.
  12. Working at heights up to 30 feet.
Physical Requirements

The role requires:

  1. Continuous standing, walking, and manual dexterity.
  2. Frequent reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
  3. Occasional sitting and climbing.
  4. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  5. Frequent operation of order pickers and other warehouse equipment.
  6. Use of various tools and safety equipment.
  7. Strong sensory skills including communication and vision.
Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

  1. A willingness to learn from experienced team members.
  2. The physical capability to perform job duties safely and effectively.
  3. Legible handwriting for documentation purposes.
