Clinical Hearing Specialist

Hearing Healthcare Recruiters, LLC is seeking a skilled Clinical Hearing Specialist to join their dedicated team in Little Rock, AR. This role offers a unique opportunity to transform the hearing aid industry with a customer-centric approach.
Job OverviewWe are looking for a forward-thinking and empathetic Audiologist who can provide exceptional patient care and a passion for improving patients' hearing. The ideal candidate will be committed to working with diverse patient populations and have experience in conducting hearing tests and screenings.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive hearing tests and screenings at our VA Clinic (3 days/week).
- Complete disability forms and clinic paperwork/reports accurately and efficiently.
- Manage 6-12 appointments daily, ensuring timely and effective patient care.
- Work from home (0.5-1.5 days/week) and conduct telehealth appointments via Zoom as scheduled.
- Review hearing tests to provide clinical judgment on results and complete necessary paperwork.
- Masters or Doctorate in Audiology required.
- 1-3 years of clinical experience, preferably working with veterans or diverse patient populations.
- A competitive estimated annual salary of $83,000-$110,000 based on location and experience.
