Plate Mounter

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Plate Mounter to join our team at the Multi-Color Corporation's flexographic label plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate mounting of plates onto cylinders, in accordance with job ticket specifications.

• Plate Mounting: Accurately mount plates onto cylinders according to job ticket specifications, ensuring precise alignment and quality control.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular checks on mounted plates to ensure they meet customer specifications and company quality standards.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate equipment, including plate cutters and assembly machines, to prepare plates for mounting.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working order, reducing downtime and improving productivity.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to achieve production goals, providing support and assistance as needed.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience and training preferred.
• Skills and Qualifications: Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move around the production floor safely.

• Competitive Salary: $18.00 per hour + $1.00 shift premium, paid bi-weekly.
