Plate Mounter Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Plate Mounter Specialist to join our team at Multi-Color Corporation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with precision equipment and have excellent organizational skills. As a Plate Mounter Specialist, you will be responsible for mounting plates onto cylinders according to job ticket specifications.

• Mount plates onto cylinders with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Read job tickets carefully to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Gather necessary materials, including cylinders, tools, and tint sleeves, as per job instructions.
• Cut plates to the correct length using a scale.
• Verify the condition and number of plates before use.
• Stage job orders on counters according to press schedules and cleanliness requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Printshop experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read and understand job tickets, measurements, and color codes.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move around the press area.

• $19.00 hourly wage + $1.00 shift premium.
