Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and engineer electromechanical systems with a primary focus on electrical engineering principles.
  • Develop and implement firmware for microcontrollers, utilizing programming languages such as C and Python.
  • Oversee the creation of PCBA designs from initial ideation to mass production.
  • Employ tools like Altium for schematic capture and PCB layout design.
  • Prototype, test, and enhance electromechanical systems to guarantee superior performance and reliability.
  • Integrate mechanical and electrical components to produce cohesive, high-functioning products.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance product development and tackle complex technical challenges.
  • Formulate and execute validation test plans to confirm that products meet established performance and quality benchmarks.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for product issues, ensuring effective resolutions are implemented.
  • Manage the transition of products from design to high-volume manufacturing, ensuring scalability and manufacturability.
  • Engage in the complete product lifecycle, incorporating design for test and design for manufacture principles.
  • Demonstrate a track record of successfully launching products to market, particularly those involving electrical systems, such as smart devices, drones, cameras, or similar technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience guiding a product from initial concept to market launch.
  • A hands-on approach with a strong interest in hardware development and active involvement in product creation.
  • Practical experience in mechanical engineering, including proficiency in 3D CAD modeling.
