Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized International Admissions Counselor to join our team at Northeast College of Health Sciences. As a key member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for recruiting, admitting, and enrolling international students into our Doctor of Chiropractic program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students from the inquiry stage through the admission cycle.
  • Counsel prospective applicants on the admissions process and opportunities at the College.
  • Manage the entire admissions process, including evaluation of transcripts, setting up campus tours and interviews, and recommending candidates for admission or non-admission.
  • Develop and manage a recruitment plan for assigned pools and participate directly in recruitment activities, including campus visits, tours, and events.
  • Collaborate with the Education Partnerships Manager to plan campus visits and recruit potential students from assigned geographical territories.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience in higher education, customer service, sales, or a related field; recruitment, admissions, or student-facing experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and communication skills; public speaking/presentation ability.
  • Ability to work individually and contribute as a member of a team.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Basic proficiency in PC use and Microsoft Office programs and database systems.
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, multi-task work environment.
  • Valid driver's license and passport due to travel requirements.
