The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sports Cashier to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of cash transactions and wager processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process cash transactions and wagers in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage and balance cash tills to ensure accurate reconciliations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our patrons
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of our products and services
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of experience in a cash handling or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Knowledge of financial operations and cash handling procedures
