Ambulatory Clinical Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our ambulatory clinical support team as a Primary Care Team Associate. This non-exempt position is responsible for performing various duties in ambulatory settings, such as primary care, multi-specialty practices, and specialty clinics.

Key responsibilities include assisting providers with patient care, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining regulatory standards. Clinical direction, oversight, and competency reviews are provided by medical providers and the ambulatory professional development team in conjunction with office management.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist providers with patient care and administrative tasks.
  2. Maintain regulatory standards and ensure compliance.
  3. Provide high-quality patient care and support.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of recent experience working in a medical facility as a medical assistant or documented evidence of an externship completed in a medical office.
  • Epic experience preferred.
  • Graduate of a post-secondary medical assisting education program accredited by NJAC (13:35-6.4) approved certifying body.
  • Current certification from a recognized certifying board approved by the New Jersey Board of Medical Examiners.
Estimated Salary

$55,000 - $75,000 per annum.
