Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to youth in a crisis stabilization setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each youth
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document all interactions and interventions in accordance with agency policies
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of employment
  • Experience working with youth in a crisis stabilization setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
