Massachusetts Pirates Video Content Creator Job Description

Company Overview

The Massachusetts Pirates are a professional football team competing in the Indoor Football League. Our team is growing, and we're looking for a skilled Video Content Creator to join our crew.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging video content for social media, our website, and video board.
  • Assist in video production, including camera setup, lighting, audio, and editing.
  • Organize and archive video and replay libraries.
  • Load, set up, tear down, and unload production gear.
  • Produce the show from the video booth.
  • Log game highlights and edit highlight videos.
  • Assist with promotional shoots and player interviews.
  • Communicate with our digital marketing manager.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 18+ years old.
  • Able to provide own transportation.
  • Available for all (8) Pirates home games at the Tsongas Center.
  • Must have an Adobe License.
  • Strong grasp of videography and non-linear video editing.
  • Proficient in Premiere Pro and an understanding of other Adobe CC programs.
  • Understanding of audio/visual equipment.
  • Able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays from March to September 2025.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
  • Ability to multi-task and complete projects in a timely manner.
  • Ability to operate production equipment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Must be open to learning VidSwap Software.
  • Professionalism, friendliness, and a strong work ethic.
Estimated Salary

$15-$20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Benefits

This part-time position is unpaid but offers the opportunity for school credit. Our hours are flexible, and we're looking for someone enthusiastic about working in a customer-facing role.
