The Stonewood Group is seeking a seasoned executive to lead its digital transformation efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence across the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**- Strategic Planning: Develop and deliver a comprehensive digital roadmap, aligning with the company's overall strategic plans for corporate growth.
- Team Leadership: Hire and manage a team of experienced professionals, providing leadership and guidance to drive innovation and excellence.
- Process Improvement: Establish new scalable development platforms and processes, balancing predictability and creative license.
- Industry Awareness: Maintain awareness of industry trends and conditions, ensuring the company remains competitive and innovative.
- Performance Metrics: Establish key indicators for competitive performance, driving rapid and realistic decisions on strategies, plans, and projects.
- Alignment: Align the application development and maintenance organization's activities with the company's goals and strategic direction.
- Leading Change: Recognizes when change is necessary, challenges the status quo, and champions new initiatives.
- Motivating: Encourages others by creating enthusiasm, a feeling of investment, and a desire to excel.

- Expertise in Agile Development: Proven experience in developing quality web and mobile platforms using agile methodology.
- Technical Background: Technical degree with at least 15 years of commercial software development experience, with at least 5 to 7 years leading software development teams of 30+.
- Industry Experience: Experience working in both larger corporate settings and more entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and innovative environments.
- Leadership Skills: Superior communication and people management skills, with a proven ability to motivate teams, instill accountability, and achieve agreed-upon outcomes.
