Job Summary

The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of the office and effective case management by providing legal services under the supervision of an Executive attorney. This individual will communicate frequently with the clients to serve them adequately. Additionally, this candidate will conduct necessary case research to aid the legal proceedings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the lawyer, including document preparation and data management.
  • Handle communication with clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Locate and develop case-relevant information, conducting research and analysis to support legal proceedings.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as law or business administration.
  • Good experience with Executive Legal assistance in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, with a strong understanding of local laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
