About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in providing safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Patient Care: Spend the majority of your day in direct one-on-one patient care, monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
  • Technician Duties: Monitor patients' vital signs, set up dialysis machines, and educate patients on kidney dialysis-related topics.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Comfortable working around blood and needles
  • Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory
