  • Team Leadership: Oversee a team and promote improvement in quality, safety, and cost performance.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform general maintenance and repairs of the facility.
  • Grain Management: Ensure the efficient management of grain commodities, including merchandising and origination.
  • Rail Load Out: Manage the rail load out process to ensure timely and efficient loading of grain commodities.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in grain location management or a related field.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and leadership abilities.
  • Maintenance experience a plus.
  • Experience with merchandising/origination of grain commodities.
  • Experience with rail load out.

Compensation: $60K-$80K DOE.
