Job Summary

VECA Electric & Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our electrical projects in the Pacific Northwest. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from setup to close-out, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform project setup duties, conduct project kickoff meetings, and assist in setting up the project team.
  • Produce project-based reports internally and externally, and oversee the proactive coordination of project scope with Project Team, Operations, and Purchasing to achieve maximum efficiency and cost management.
  • Audit and oversee project-specific tasks, including cost controls, schedule compliance, productivity, quality, scope definition, and contract changes.
  • Produce project close-out reports and conduct lessons-learned meetings.
  • Review records and reports essential to the effective operation of ongoing projects and assigned areas of responsibility.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the electrical industry or MEP coordination, or 5 years of electrical field experience at a foreman level.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with a variety of personalities in a team setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, oral communication, active listening, and business writing skills.
  • A working knowledge of all applicable disciplines of construction drawings.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office suite, Bluebeam/Adobe.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as an electrician, Construction Management degree, certification, or equivalent job experience.
  • Ability to estimate.
  • Accubid experience.
  • BIM Coordination/REVIT experience.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Industry-leading compensation: $80,000 - $175,000 annually, depending on experience.
