Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Polysomnographer / Sleep Technologist Assistant to join our team at UP Health System - Portage. As a key member of our sleep health team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and administrative support in our sleep lab.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct sleep studies and sleep disorder treatments with minimal supervision
  • Provide exceptional patient care and administrative support to patients and staff
  • Work effectively in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
  • Demonstrate proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
  • Interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Training sufficient to qualify for RPSGT testing
  • Current Registered Polysomnographic Technologist or licensure within 18 months of hire required
  • Basic Life Support certification required
Position Details
  • 0.9 FTE (full-time, 36 hours per week)
  • Variable shifts
  • 3-4 days per week
