Job Title: Board Certified Behavioral Analyst

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our interdisciplinary team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

About the Role:

We are looking for a BCBA who is passionate about delivering individualized, naturalistic ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in a center-based setting. You will work closely with our clinical teams, including speech, OT, and psychology, to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver individualized ABA therapy plans based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Implement ABA therapy plans and oversee a team of clients
  • Conduct standardized assessments and refine treatment plans based on progress
  • Build strong partnerships with families and guide them through the therapy process
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Experience in ABA early intervention
  • Clear professional communication and writing skills
