The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team as a Travel LPN. As a member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to our residents while traveling to various locations within a 150-mile radius from your home address.

This position offers competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, flexibility, and no contract requirement, making it an attractive opportunity for those who value work-life balance and flexibility.

You will be responsible for ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of our residents, contributing to their assessment, administering medications or treatments as ordered, and providing technical support to healthcare professionals as needed.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of nursing principles, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements:

* Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse * Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred * Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges * Ability to travel to various locations within a 150-mile radius from home address * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment * Strong understanding of nursing principles and practices * Ability to provide high-quality care to residents while maintaining a safe and clean environment

Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $24.00 - $36.00 per hour, depending on experience.
