About the Role

We are seeking a part-time licensed dental hygienist to join our collaborative team at Family Dental of Shawnee. This role offers a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and numerous benefits, including health insurance and continuing education opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care by performing routine cleanings, exams, and other hygiene procedures.
  • Work closely with our experienced dentist to provide comprehensive oral health services.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient treatment plans.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current dental hygienist license in Oklahoma.
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR certification.
Preferred Qualifications

We welcome new graduates to apply and encourage those with experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems to highlight their skills.
