We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping and Laundry Expert to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are available for staff use.
  • Participate in deep cleaning and sanitizing of high-touch areas and guest rooms.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
